I Wish I Had Worked on My Systems Earlier
In the last 2 or 3 years I have been working hard on the systems in my business.
I developed the Million Dollar Business checklists, roadmaps and systems.
Now the reason I'm sharing this with you, is because if I'm really honest with you, I wish I had done this sooner.
I've been in business for a long time. I know doing it sooner would have made such a big difference to my business.
It would have reduced my stress.
It would have made things easier.
It would have enabled me to work fewer hours.
I'm annoyed with myself - because I knew better!
But I didn't do better!
The moral of the story is, this...
You need to sit down and put time and energy into your systems.
Systems lay at the heart of the value of your business. The quicker you develop your systems, the easier you'll be able to scale.
Your business will also be more valuable.
