Your business is going to be one of the biggest journeys of your life. It will challenge you. It will stretch you. Sometimes it will fill your heart with joy. At other times it will be the most confronting thing you have ever done. So buckle in and enjoy the biggest personal development ride of your life.
The following three recommendations may help you on this journey. In my experience these three things are always the focus of successful entrepreneurs. They are non-negotiables.

The first thing I recommend is that you learn from the best. Hiring mentors who have already achieved your desired outcome gets you there faster. They save you the time and heartache of the trial and error approach. I don’t regret a single cent of the investment I have made in my mentors and education.
2. FOCUS ON BEING THE BEST
So you want to make a difference in the world? Then every day you need to focus on being the best you can be. Ask yourself these questions…
How can I do better in my business?
How can I serve my clients more?
How can I be a better leader or manager?
How can I be a better financial custodian of my business?
How can I be the best in the world at what I do?
The road to success is about small steps on the path to being the best. Challenge yourself to be more, achieve more and serve more every day.
3. HIRE THE BEST
Finally, you need to hire the best. Hire the best team members. Hire the best contractors. Hire the best experts. You will need various experts including accountants, lawyers, graphic designers, bookkeepers and marketers.
When you hire the best, you make an investment. Sometimes that investment is a stretch. They may seem to cost you more, but in the end they will save you both time and money.
Remember that your job is to focus on your business and do what you do best. Focus on your area of expertise. You have to face the truth – it is impossible to be expert at everything. Unless you run a bookkeeping business you are not the best person to be doing the books! Your time would be better spent growing your income so you can hire someone to take care of it for you. Ask yourself, what expert do I need to hire next in my business?
So learn from the best, focus on being the best and hire the best. These three things will make a massive difference in your business and life. And most important of all, enjoy the ride!
